Our encouraging, personalized, and affordable treatment is available to all individuals 18 and over needing services. Kolpia is certified by the State of Oregon and provides treatment that meets requirements for clients who are mandated as a result of a variety of circumstances such as Minor in Possession (MIP), Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII), and clients required to be in treatment while receiving Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction.

Q: How long does treatment last?
A: Treatment is personalized to meet your individual needs. Most treatment plans for substance use are for 90 days and can be modified as needed.
Q: How many people are in each class or group?
A: Groups usually average about 8-12, with DUII education only classes up to 15.
Q: Is treatment covered by health insurance?
A: Treatment is often covered by health insurance. During the initial appointment a full assessment is conducted using DSM5 and ASAM criteria. If an individual meets the diagnostic criteria for a substance use disorder, insurance will typically cover treatment (what is covered and how much varies by insurance company and your individual policy).
Q: What is the cost of attending treatment?
A: Cost varies depending on your individual needs, if you have insurance, and how much your insurance covers. Kolpia also has very competitive rates for clients who either need or choose to self-pay.
